On August 26, 2012, I will run the Emerald City half marathon for my nephews who live with Type I diabetes-Clay Hippenmeyer and Daniel Arnold.
Nine of the cousins gather in Oxford, OH in July for Taylor's soccer tournament.

Type I diabetes has affected our family in so many ways, but it has brought these cousins together in an inseparable way. I hope my work and all of our fundraising for JDRF will find a cure in our lifetime. In the meantime, numerous breakthroughs are being made with research dollars to allow for easier living and a longer life expectancy. Thank you for your support and I look forward to running each step in their honor!
