Team Participation

$500 Minimum Fundraising Goal

Team Registration Includes:

• Each team, consisting of five (5) bowlers, is requested to raise or donate a minimum of $500.00 to JDRF
• Each team member will receive an event t-shirt and raffle ticket
• For each additional $25.00 raised per bowler on the team, one additional raffle ticket will be provided to that team member
• Each team member will bowl three (3) games and receive free shoe rental
• Each team member will receive one (1) non-alcoholic beverage
• Each lane of five (5) bowlers will be provided one (1) pizza
