$100 Minimum Fundraising Goal

This Registration Includes:

• Each participant is requested to raise or donate a minimum of $100.00 to JDRF
• Participant receives event t-shirt and raffle ticket
• For each additional $25.00 raised per participant/bowler, one additional raffle ticket will be provided
• Participant will bowl three (3) games and receive free shoe rental
• Each participant will be provided one (1) non-alcoholic beverage
• Each lane of five (5) bowlers will be provided one (1) pizza
