Where can you run? ANYWHERE! What length event can you do? ANY! Join in on an existing 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, bike event, triathlon - pick your passion and get active!

We know that asking for donations via email is the most efficient and effective way to raise money. Share your desire to run your local race AND your motivation to help JDRF with all of your friends and family!
You've got to start somewhere - so get up and GO!! Don't put off your training until tomorrow! Depending on what type of event you are participating in will help determine your training plan. Talk to local trainers or browse the internet for some great training plans and resources!
